1 Contract
The contract in respect of your accommodation and activities is between the house owner or operator and you. Corrib Country Ltd acts as booking agent only.
2 Payment
Deposit
A deposit of 33% of the total cost including supplements (where applicable) is requested with the booking form and should be sent to Corrib Country Ltd (address below).Balance
The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
3 Cancellation charges
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason you must notify us immediately in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 6 weeks No Fee
- From 3 - 6 weeks 50%
- From 1 - 3 weeks 75%
- Less than 8 days 100%
4 Prices
Prices are in IRL punts. Regarding self-catering premises unless specifically included the holiday maker is responsible for all charges relating to electricity, gas and telephone supplied during the rental period.
5 Limit of Liability
Corrib Country Ltd operates a booking service.
Corrib Country Ltd are not responsible for the individual premises. Corrib Country Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the failure of the owner or operator to perform the contract.
In the event that the owner or operator cannot provide you with the accommodation or service Corrib Country Ltd shall endeavour to provide alternative accommodation/service. In such an event all monies received will be returned to you. Otherwise Corrib Country Ltd shall have no liability to you. Furthermore, Corrib Country Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for loss, damage or injury to property or persons in connection to the holiday.
6 Occupation
Self catering:
In the case of self-catering the property will be available for occupation from 5.00 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
Guesthouse / Bed and Breakfast / Holiday Hostel:
Holiday makers must arrive by 6.00 pm on day of arrival or must telephone the owners if they are going to be late. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.
7 Linen
All houses are supplied with linen.
8 Pets
Pets are only allowed when stated in property description.
9 Complaints
Any problems or complaints should be discussed immediately with the owner or operator. If unresolved the complaint must be made in writing to Corrib Country Ltd within 14 days of the holiday ending.
10 Provisional Booking or Enquiry
Please look through the accommodation available and use the booking/enquiry form on the property you require
11 Confirmed Booking
To confirm your booking complete booking form and send your credit card details for 33% of the cost of the holiday. If you wish you may send the deposit by post or fax your credit card details.
An acknowledgement of receipt with details of arrangements will be sent to you by return.
